Limitless Valley respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the Limitless Valley mobile application, why it is used, and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

Limitless Valley can be used without creating an account.

If you choose to create an account, we may collect and process the following information:

• Email address – used to create and manage your account, authenticate you, and provide account-related functionality such as password recovery.
• App progress and user-created data – such as habits, goals, progress, streaks, XP, levels, tokens, rewards, character customization, and other app settings or progress associated with your account.

This information is used to provide optional cloud backup and allow you to restore your progress.

2. Information Stored Locally

When using Limitless Valley without an account, app data may be stored locally on your device.

This can include your habits, goals, progress, rewards, character customization, settings, and other information you create while using the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information processed by Limitless Valley is used to:

• Provide the app’s features and functionality
• Save and restore your progress
• Authenticate users who choose to create an account
• Maintain account security
• Provide password recovery
• Improve the reliability and operation of the app

We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.

4. Cloud Services

Limitless Valley uses Supabase to provide optional account authentication, cloud storage, and backup functionality.

If you create an account, relevant account information and app progress may be processed and stored through Supabase’s infrastructure.

5. Notifications

Limitless Valley may send local notifications for habit reminders if you enable this feature.

Notification permissions are controlled through your device settings, and you can disable notifications at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate Limitless Valley, such as our cloud infrastructure and authentication provider.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.

7. Data Retention and Account Deletion

If you create a Limitless Valley account, associated cloud data may be retained while your account remains active.

Limitless Valley provides the ability to delete your account. When an account is deleted, the associated account and cloud-stored app data are deleted in accordance with the operation of our services and applicable legal requirements.

Data stored locally on your device may remain until the app data is removed from the device.

8. Children’s Privacy

Limitless Valley is not specifically directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through Limitless Valley. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Limitless Valley develops or as legal or technical requirements change.
